At A&E Aircraft Mechanic School, we are passionate about aviation and we are committed to providing students with the knowledge and experience needed to succeed in their aviation careers. Our program is designed to give you hands-on training and real-world experience. Here, you will learn from experienced professionals who are dedicated to your success. Our program is all hands on, we give you the experience necessary to pass the Federal Airframe and Powerplant exams. there are three textbooks you are required to study on your own time, and we are always available to assist you in comprehending them. There are three ways to get a federal A&P license to work on Aircraft. You can join the military. or You can go to school for 1900 hours the cost is from $30,000.00, to $50,000.00 they are mostly bookwork, and many people have trouble passing the FAA practical exams after school. they tell me only 30% pass the exam. Or you can work as an apprentice in our program f0r 4800 hours. Starting Pay is $7.50 per hour after you gain some experience it can go up from there depending on your skills. there is no charge for our program your work provides for your training. Also, it is considered experience on your resume, schools do not provide that. We are sure you get better training with hands on experience. After completing the program there are many places starting Licensed A&P mechanics with a little experience like our training at $35 dollars per hour.
